Comrade Kejani is available for booking and hosting stays. By using the site, you agree to follow our rules and use the service responsibly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep your contact and payment details accurate and up to date.
Hosts must provide accurate listing information, maintain the property in a safe and clean condition, and comply with local laws and tax obligations. Hosts are expected to respond to booking inquiries and to honor confirmed reservations.
Prices are set by hosts and displayed at checkout. We may apply service fees and taxes where required. Payment processing is performed by our payment partners and is subject to their terms.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by listing. Guests should review the listing’s cancellation terms before booking. In cases of extenuating circumstances or safety issues, contact support and we will evaluate remedies on a case-by-case basis.
Hosts may require security deposits or other protections. If damage is reported, we will gather information from both parties and apply any deposit or pursue recovery in accordance with these Terms and local law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or pose safety risks. Users may also close their accounts subject to outstanding obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comrade Kejani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our responsibility for direct damages is limited as permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Comrade Kejani entity that controls your account. For disputes, we encourage mediation and will follow the dispute resolution process described in our Help Center.
Booking is confirmed when the host accepts your request or when the reservation is automatically confirmed according to the listing terms.
We want everyone to feel safe and respected. Behavior that harms hosts, guests, or the community is not allowed.
